Homebrew bricked 3ds

question if i replace the mother board of my 3ds will it be fixed i was installing fbi and luma and it got bricked no i dont have a nand backup anymore

Please give the details, Do you have a nand backup?, what exactly is wrong? and yes motherboard replacement will fix it at the cost of losing you're NNID and data(obviously)

Alright what you need to do is just go into safemode and update, from there redo you're 3DS and this time make a nand backup
A+R+L+Up(DPad), make sure you're connected to the internet.

i actually already tried that and it doesnt work when i turn my 3ds on it stays black screened and only the blue light comes

If you ain't got a nand backup you're done for, What exactly did you do while trying to install FBI

i was using safehax and while it was downloading i went to the bathroom and my brother turned it off

Oh and a note make sure you didn't hold the key combo , you gotta release after power LED

Just out of curiosity, why wouldn't you have the NAND backup anymore? It's not in your files9 folder on the SD card or saved to your PC as the guide suggests?
