Hacking BrickBlocking/Nintendo Sys Update

I'm not sure what I do on this...If you have a backup disc that's from the same region as your wii that requires a system update. I have a 3.2U wii, but want animal crossing. How do you handle this? I don't want to system update, correct? If I use brickblocker that's only for out of region disc's, correct? I want to stay at 3.2?? I'm confused. I have successfully backed up disc's but have stayed away from those requiring the system update. Thanks for the help.

install starfall. Skip disk update

There's the IOS (38) that comes with Animal Crossing floating around on the Interwebs.

If you're doing up your own backups WiiBrickBlocker removes the update(s).
