Hi! so I bought this Wii from marketplace, and when i turned it on it just showed the preloader menu. What should i do?

doesn't work.. I have cios 249 rev 14.. and hermes222 223

I use 222 to install brawl with my original copy

try to play it through 249, 222, 223.. still freeze after kirby match..
