Gaming Bravely Second 3d problem

Hello, my cartridge of bravely second has the 3d not allineated(i tried other games and also on different 3ds but the problem is present only only on the bs cartridge) i have the warranty of amazon yet is best that i try replacing it or is solvable?(i tried also the 3ds internal calibration

I'll try with amazon warranty luckly i have an action replay device so i can backup my saves
