i just posted a little while ago and i dont know if it went through or not. so

i have a N3ds XL. what are my options now days? its on 11.0.0-33u. i dont have any games except pokemon sun and hyrule warriors

You have to do a hardmod or dsi downgrade (necessitates 1 pre-hacked 3ds)

If you have a spare 3ds <10.7 you can mod it and use it for the dsi downgrade

On a single system, your best bet is to install the HBL through some primary exploit, use ctr-httpwn to get on the eShop without updating, grab FieldRunners for $5, and then wait for Slowhax without ever updating your system.

You left out probably the hugest and most important information here, which is that this method requires ANOTHER CFW'd 3DS.

I thought the whole point of Slowhax is that it DOESN'T require a 2nd 3DS?

True that, slowhax indeed doesn't require a second 3DS. Depends on what that guy was referring to but I assumed DSIware downgrading since slowhax isn't even a thing ATM.

By "New 3ds" Do you mean recently purchased or do you mean the newer model with the c-stick and extra buttons?

If the latter, a N3DSXL cannot transfer to a 2DS or O3DS, that transfer is only one way: The opposite direction.

If the former, I'm unsure on whether or not banned consoles can access system transfer, and if they can whether that will result in a ban on the new console.

well first thing's first we see what you can do. If you have a spare 3ds that is below 10.7 we can modify that one with little effort and get you on a road to cfw and sweet piracy, but if you only have this 11.0 3ds, you have several options, none allowing piracy YET:

1: a cartridge of freakyforms

2: a cartridge of cubic ninja

3: a second 3ds from a friend that is below 10.7 and a copy of oot3d

4: a second 3ds from a friend that is below 10.7 and a copy of pokemon super mystery dungeon

5: a second 3ds from a friend that is below 10.7 and a copy of omega ruby/ alpha sapphire

note these will all for the most part wipe the save game of the game you choose

Hey everyone I plan on buying a $99 :New: 3DS on Black Friday. Supposedly these things will be firmware 11.0.0-33
I'm not trying to get into piracy. All I want to do is stream my copy of Pokemon Moon on Twitch. Is this possible?
I know literally nothing about hacking so I don't know if this is an option.

I'd recommend oothax since it's easiest to obtain (mainly) but that'll require either another hacked 3ds (banned or unbanned doesn't matter) or powersaves.
