Homebrew Braindump Help

So I need a little help figuring out this braindump business (I have zero background knowledge with computers, so excuse my ignorance). I'm trying to dump FE Fates, and I don't know if this matters but it's an eShop version. The title id is 00179400, but when I open braindump, it starts dumping a file with the title 0004001000021100, which I think is the download play app, but I could be mistaken. It never even asks me to select a title to dump. Could somebody explain what I messed up?

Use GodMode9 Instead afaik it can also dump sd card contents
