Hacking Bought a Vita

Hey guys, I bought on friday a vita on amazon for around 100€ and the seller said, that the vita could run the version 3.65. on google, I found a henkaku installer for 3.61+ and the download link seems to work (mediafire). Can someone say something about this?

yes you can use VHBL on 3.65, I do so with one of my vita's still pretty neat as homebrew is good :D better than nothing, but if you want to experience everything Enso can do, find a 3.60

I did but I found only USA models. Is it region locked or can I use it on my eu vita? I found nothing on ebay or google for eu mainboards. Only USA boards. I hope, it will work
