ROM Hack BOTW Save Question

Hi guys. I was playing Zelda BOTW and was using the "New Golden Save" that was from a Switch save site. The save is near beginning of game I think and I am still on the Great Plateau. Up in the sky, I noticed something flying around. I think it is one of the 4 main Dungeons, one of the 4 Divine Beasts? Anyway, is what I saw normal? Was that supposed to happen? Thoughts and help greatly appreciated

Why ruin a very good game with saves someone else did.
Start from the beginning, go through the trials and tribulations, an enjoy it.

It is a Starter Save I think. Had some weapons and clothes. I just asked about this because I never noticed that Divine Beast up in sky before...
