I have BOTW from Wii U usb helper, and I don't want to hack Season Pass DLC, can I buy it from eshop ?

You just have to go to the eshop and buy it like a normal DLC.

Just asking. Is there right now some way to recover from a "brick" after getting the CBHC DS game deleted?

You can easily, just run NNU Patcher before running the game, then boot the game and go to Downloadable Content.
It should redirect you to the purchase page of the Expansion Pass. Although, right now it's just 3 stupid treasure chests, nothing important until August.

Why is using NNU Patcher needed? I just entered the Purchase Page without running anything special but the game?

Oh I assumed you had the Nintendo servers blocked, if you do have them blocked, you need to run NNU Patcher first.
If you have the internet connection without DNS blocks, then yeah you can enter it right away.
