Gaming Borderlands keeps minimizing

I have no idea why, but Borderlands keep minimizing in the middle of gameplay. It gets pretty annoying, because it sometimes happens in middle of combat. I have no idea what could be causing this. I've done some googling, it could be a GPU problem. I just installed a Sapphire Radeon HD 6950. Anyone any ideas on how to fix this problem?
