Hacking BootNTR for Switch, it's possible?

Probably, but it's not the first step at the moment.

You're thinking WAY too far ahead buddy. There is A LOT of stuff that has to be done before something like that is even considered

Maybe, but it'll take quite some time before it'll get done.
The issue is that there's already have a debugger for the Switch (similar to NTRDebugger) and there aren't the same issues with screencaps on the 3DS: instead of buying a hard to find (and to install) dedicated capture card you can just use your dock and any HDMI capture card to stream both audio and video with no quality loss. And about plugins, well, they're the only thing that can't be done on the Switch yet afaik but again, you've always got a debugger if you want to use them as "cheat menus".
