I have a fully backwards compatible CECHA01 with Rebug installed, and I have a 2TB external HDD, I'm wondering if it's possible to boot PS2 Games off an NTFS drive, because I won't have enough space for everything and some PS2 games are too big for FAT32. Is there a plugin/tool/file format or something I can use?

You can have them on USB but will copy to internal every time you launch PS2 game.
