Hacking boot9strap and safeb9installer qustion

im installing cfw (useing 3ds.guide) on my n2dsxl right now and while doing it all i noticed that the safeb9installer v.0.0.7 compatibile with boot9strap v11/12 while the link for the boot9strap download link will give me v13.
is it ok?

if you are following 3ds.guide everything is ok. It is supported too.
