Hey all - recently set up my patched Erista Switch with Spacecraft-NX firmware on the SX Core chip to load Hekate and chainload either fusee-primary or sysMMC from there.

With it's current setup, the Switch needs a payload injected otherwise it can't boot anything - so I wondered if there was a way to set up fusee-primary to boot stock from sysMMC, with a hotkey or something, rather than having to chainload through Hekate in order to be able to boot both?

Fusee_primary's only job is to boot Atmosphere which is why its inferior to Hekate not only as a bootloader but as an option for booting Atmosphere. You would have to configure Stock from Hekate which is much easier and even comes preloaded in certain packages such as DeepSea and SDSetup. Next time, use the Switch Noobs Paradise however.

Thanks no worries - I've already got Hekate set up fine chainloading fusee-primary as well as stock sysMMC but was just curious to see if there was a way to skip an unnecessary step in the boot process. Not a fan of the "AIO" packages as I'd much rather take the time to set it up myself.

You can setup autoboot in Hekate in order to launch one of your pre-configured launch options.

i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.

Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.

Free release can have loopholes where they still make money through ads
