Hacking Boot NTR / NTR Selector help!

Howdy collective hive mind!

I'm having an issue getting boot NTR / NTR Selector to work properly.
I can get it to load up fine, but it doesn't seem to load up the cheat plugin folder on the root of my sd card. The subfolders in plugin folder are all named correctly after the various game IDs.etc
When I bring up the NTR menu in game there's no option to activate cheats, and for games without a menu the button combos do nothing.
So what am I doing wrong?

I'm on a N3DS, A9LH, Luma 6.6 - b16d887 (dev), Sys 11.2

Some cheat menus will open show up if you press Select. You can also try a variety of different button combos. Look where you got the plugins from and see if there even is a cheat activation button.

Also make sure that you see a green flash on the Nintendo 3DS logo loading screen when you boot the game.

Yep the green flash happens on load, so NTR itself is loading fine.
I got all the plugins from elotrolado, so should be fine.
