Hacking Boot.eng to defaulty.nds

i don't care if a can or cannot do this but i would like to update my tripple boot with the new itouch firmware
i tryed to rename it from boot.eng to defaulty.nds but it hangs on loading screen

If I recall correctly all you have to do is replace the itouch folder.

edit: can i just replace the system folder for sakura and m3 real like itouch too or will it stuff up?

I just tried replacing the iTouch folder and I got a black screen when trying to boot iTouch with the triple loader (iSakuReal).
