Maybe, but it depends on exactly what happened.
It sounds like your SD card might have corrupted. Did you buy it from a reputable seller such as Amazon themselves, Newegg, or a local store? There are a lot of fake SD cards around especially on China/HK-based websites, eBay, and even among 3rd party Amazon sellers. This kind of thing is common for those cards as they have a fake capacity and once you fill up more than the real capacity it will either just write corrupted data, or start overwriting stuff you already have on the card. You might want to test it with h2testw: https://3ds.guide/h2testw-(windows).html

i buy it from a good website, yeah maybe, okay i'll test it

um i don't see anything i have just the sys apps on the home menu

As I said, I had the same problem. All I saw on my home menu were system applications. None of my purchased items or homebrew software/freeShop titles. I found the broken title that was causing the issue (showed a question mark on my system applications section in data management), deleted it, and went back to my home menu. All of my titles came back.

Check if your Nintendo 3DS folder is called just Nintendo 3DS.
This has happened to me before, my 3DS renamed my Nintendo 3DS folder to "Nintendo 3DS (2)" and made a new one.
Just renamed and it worked.
i have it but its inside a another folder named "private", i check my sd card (h2testw) without errors, i think i'll redownload EVERYTHING from the Freeshop... but i'm worried about the banwave....
