It's a homebrew, so you can play it. Problem is that there is no download link.

I can't play it then unless on an emulator or something. Or I buy a EZ-Flash3-in-1.

If he does release it, but I don't suggest that, even though some people like working on something for a long time, they find more fun it releasing it for everyone, but till, I think he should make some money off of this.

You sure its for GBA? He said on his website that once the NDS came out he converted all the files and started utilizing the touch screen.
