Alright, if it's not the drivers it may be a virus (though, whoever made it has a sense of humor).

If you haven't run a scan with your anti-virus, I suggest you boot in safe mode and do so.
Nah, i'm sure it's not a virus.
And I have run a virus scan.

Please try again with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware as it usually catches even the most radical malware.

Do you remember what you were doing when you first noticed the problem?

Lol, when i last used it it though a basic VB project was a trojan XD

First thing I tought when I have seen this was like: 'Lol, Aero on whole window o.0', so...
Try disabling aero. Or change theme to Microsoft's one and restore replaced resource files like explorer.exe or shell32.dll.

your system is showing all the symptoms of too much porn-watching

masturbating too often will make you go blind eventually you see

I have a feeling i know exactly what this is, if you still have this problem.
The new amd drivers added something called morphological aa. It usually works fine, but blurs up java screens. Disable it in the catalayst control center (under the gaming tab in advanced view), and everything should be fine.

I would've thought that AA is set to "Use application settings" by default, and wouldn't use MLAA for Java unless you set it to. Plus, I believe only AMD HD6xxx graphics cards support MLAA.

Also, gratz on 1337 posts.
I have an HD6850.

Turns out it WAS because of morphological anti aliasing.
I disabled it and everything is back to normal.

Had the same problem after installing AMD catalyst 11.2. Solved the problem by turning off Morphological filtering found in the gaming --> 3d application settings in Catalyst Control Center.

Hope it helps you too.
