Hardware Bluetooth keyboard error

Hi, When i try and pair my ps vita with a bluetooth keyboard i get an error has ocurred message. i see the keyboard on the the vita and press it and it tries to pair but after a while it says error ocurred. ive seached for a solution but have found nothing. the keyboard works fine when i pair it with my laptop. Can anyone please help? Many thanks.

I usually reboot in safe mode if bluetooth didn't connect with things. Reboot again and it works.

Which keyboard do you use? I'm going to buy one to use on the vita but don't know which one will work.
