Bluetooth antenna replacement on oled switch?

Does anyone know where to purchase a replacement antenna?

If one isn't available would anyone happen to know the size of the coaxial connector so a generic Bluetooth antenna could be used instead?

Follow up question. Is the Bluetooth antenna the small one on the right or the larger one on the left?

If anyone else is looking for the same answer. The Switch uses the IPX standard for the wifi connectors. I think they might come in 3 different common size iterations.
