How can I fix the blinking blue light issue? My Wii U has a blinking blue light when powered on.

Sorry, but can you please be more specific?
- Did the WiiU run correctly before?
- What did you do at last before? E.g. some custom modification, modified some files, opened the WiiU.
- Has the WiiU a CFW? Haxchi/CBHC or Tiramisu?
- What appears on the screen? E.g. a autoboot information, just black screen or WiiU logo.
- If CFW, can u enter a boot menu?
> on CBHC: Hold "sync" on console or "home" on pad when "autobooting..." appears.
> on Tiramisu: Hold "start" at boot.
- Did you unpluged every cable and reconnected them to fit them correctly?

Sounds like an APU failure, the same problem as on PS4 (BLOD), you would have to reball and reflow the APU, not sure if anyone does that for Wii U, because you can't get stencils for the Wii U chip to do the proper reballing

Contact Nintendo and stop bumping your thread.
Nintendo won't fix it. I'm pretty sure they no longer fix wiiu's, possibly 3ds' as well. imo, the best thing to do is just buy a new, used system without the cables and without the gamepad. it would likely be cheaper than getting it fixed, if it's even fixable. it sounds like something only Nintendo would be able to fix though, which is a no go now.
