Gaming BlazBlue Calamity Trigger Failed to Initialize

I'm trying to run BlazBlue Calamity Trigger on my Acer AspireOne D257, running Windows 7 Starter and all it says when I boot it up is 'Failed to Initialize' I don't believe I have an ATI or NVIDIA card, which I've heard are troublesome with BBCT. Assert.txt says:

Begin initializaion.
Begin initialize application.
Begin load config.
Begin initialize credit.
Begin initialize renderer.
Initialize Renderer.
Error in renderer initialization.
Failed to initialize.
