Have you tried any other cias? You can check out that iso site for some.

Oh, that clears the possibility of incompatibility but I have blargsnes installed working with custom blargsnes cias. I would try to find a different cia. Probably one from the official website.

Edit: use the NTR firmware.bin to fix the problem btw

If you've used blargSNES before, then the black screen might be because of an existing blargSNES.ini file on your SD card that's incompatible with the version used in the CIAs. Try deleting that.
