Homebrew Blacklist certain games from going online?

I want to try rom hacking some games, such as Pokemon ORAS, but I'm worried I'll forget the hacks are active and go online. I'm very new to 3DS homebrew and have heard that modded games online will get you wifi banned, so is there any tool that prevents certain games from going online at all? Thanks!

No just never connect online when playing said hacks
