Trying to install IOS38 via the IOS38 installer but I'm getting error ret = -2011.

Can you guys help me?

So apparently it's because of the Trucha Bug, I followed that link pm_41 and have no idea what to do with it.

How do I fix the Trucha Bug?

I followed this guide here using this this app to supposedly fix the Trucha Bug (I think) but I'm still getting the -2011 error.
