Hacking Black screen without real reason

Hi.
I have a N3DS, with lastet Luma version (6.3.1), SysNand with 11.1.0-34E, no Emunand.

After updating Luma, the 3DS couldn't stay in standby mode for more than a day, and now, I can't go into home menu. Tried with different SD card, and different CFW.
Luma3DS is still here, I can load various payloads, so I can restore an old Sysnand backup, but do anyone knows what went wrong ? Is my firmware corrupted ?
Is restoring through recovery mode an option (I've read elswhere it could brick it, but maybe this is no longer the case).

restore a nand backup via hourglass9 or via decrypt9 with the (keep a9lh) option and see if that fixes it

Restoring a backup did the trick, time to reinstall everything.
But I wonder what happened...
