Hardware Black screen with GC games

My PAL Wii (modded with a Wiikey) suddenly doesn't like to play GC games anymore. No only NTSC games but PAL games aswell. Actually the games are running because I can hear the sound of the game but the screen stays black. I tried to boot the Setup disk again and I can hear the SEEEEGA jingle but only with a black screen.

help? please?

I'm using a component cable but I also tried the old chinch one.
