I'm using a New 3DS and followed this guide (including the parts before that of course), but now when I try to load SafeA9LHInstaller as the guide says, I just get a black screen and the only way out is by holding the power button for a really long time.
Earlier in the guide I encountered a partial downgrade, but I followed the steps again as indicated and the second time it worked, however I can't boot into the homebrew menu by holding Down, even though I set it up that way according to the guide. I can still get in the homebrew menu by using the QR code for the browser, though.
