Hacking Black screen when loading from usb

So I got hbc installed and have the three cios installed as per the tutorial; but when I goto load a game through wiiflow or usb loader gx that I ripped from a disk it gives me a black screen with some errors and resets after 10 seconds. Is this a setting problem? Has anyone else had this problem?

I have a 3.5" hdd in an enclosure that is powered by a/c just thought I mention that. Also the hdd is formatted in wbfs
