Hello!

I am using UWUVCI injector to set up Gamecube games on the WiiU menu. Installing them with Wup Installer GX2.

When I began this process, Gamecube games were loading fine.
Then suddenly yesterday, games that had no problem running before were not booting. The WiiU would get stuck on a black screen and be unable to turn itself off.

Tried reinstalling Nintendont from the ground up, nothing.

Tried moving games to the NAND, nothing as well.

I go to install one more game out of desperation, Chibi Robo, and everything started working again. I even installed more games and everything continued to work.

Then, after literally just sleeping 8 hours and changing nothing, I am once again getting the black screen on Nintendont

Im stumped and most Nintendont issues online seem to be for the Wii version, any way you guys could help me out?

I deleted Nintendont saves and it seems to be back? Perhaps something is causing corrupt saves? I saw one other person on this forum made a similar post like, yesterday, but otherwise I cant find anything on this issue, possible that something went awry with one of the progams used to inject GC games?

Ok so removing the save files is a consistent fix, but for some reason it keeps happening. Any ideas?

why not just load gc games from usbloadergx or nintendont itself? i have no experience with these home menu injects but it sounds they could be the source of your issue.

I might be mistaken but I was under the impression the injector was responsible for me being able to use WiiU gamepad and pro controllers with the GameCube games

Also I just like having little buttons for everything and marveling at all the little buttons. I find that when a hacked console has a hidey hole menu like Retroarch or Twilightmenu or the vwii I simply don't utilize it

It's worth noting that I still actively converting and piling dozens and dozens of wups of GameCube games onto the console. Could new gamecube installs be messing with saves?

I can't post the link due to being a brand new user, but had the same issue and the only thing that resolved it was using a modified version

Search for 'Nintendont-CrisMMMod' and you'll see the github

Follow step 1 and have not had that issue appear since
