Hacking Black screen in ntrboothax !!!

When I run the program ak2i_ntrcardhax_flasher_dsi, and I chose my r4, I chose the option "<A> Inject ntrboothax" "<A> RETAIl" I have a text that says "Flash ntrboothax Blowfish key 1" and all disappears how solve this problem THANK YOU ! I have a 3ds and a 2ds ! HELP ME PLEASE !!!
