My wii was on 3.2U.
Bricked after Updating using Wii Sports Resort Retail Disc.
Only Black Screen Shows.
My Wii had previously Preloader, Cioscorp V1.1 and Starfall, but nothing works right now.
Haven't tried the GCN controller method of Savemiifrii.
Any Suggestions?
Wii Savemiifrii help me at all?

Did you downgrade your system from 4.0 to 3.2 before doing this at any point? If so your brick is unrecoverable without a boot2 install of bootmii.

Sure sounds like you did a downgrade once.

Well you can try if an utoboot disc boots. since you have cIOScrop you should be able to boot a omebrew disc then. But if you are really running 3.4 on a stub IOS now there is nothing you can do.

Oh yeah, you mean starfall...
But I really installed 3.2U Using starfall from 3.0U
That was a long time ago.
You think autoboot games will load?
I am thinking about using a wadmanager autoboot disc to revert back to 3.2 Using System menu v289.wad(or so i believe the number is, i already have it, but don't remember the correct number right now).
Taking into account that I used a Retail WiiSports Resort Disc to update, could that solve the problem?

if you update via wii sports resort, your on 3.4
which has no trucha bug, which means you cant autoboot any unofficial disc like the wadmanager one

Since he had CIOScorp isntalled and the IOSs aren't overwritten by a Nintendo update, sicne they are the newest version, the trucha bug should still be present in them...

who knows
he needs a modchip to find out
i have an extra drivekey by the way which i can let go for cheap.

He had cioscorp 1.1 not 3.3. The old cioscorp IOS's have a really low version numbers while the new one has a maxed out version number.

Anyways, if you are able to get into a wad manager at all and you want to reinstall a system menu, make sure you install the IOS that goes with it that isn't a stub IOS as well just to make sure. IOS60 with 4.0/4.1, IOS50 with 3.4, IOS30 with 3.2.

Thanks a lot everyone, i'll try to give it a shot and i will post back My results.
Or i might get a solderless modchip only to unbrick it.
