Hi, my switches EMMC is cooked. I can’t get into my stock or emunand (can’t created emummc as my Emmc is borked).

The GPP partition table was completely empty, after following a guide to rebuilding my EMMC from scratch (with a donor Emmc) my Emmc now has a partition table but doesn’t boot past Nintendo screen (better then before as it was just a purple screen).

When I try system restore using my prod.keys, I get this error of a bis write fail on my boot.0. Also this is the screen I see when getting my keys from lock pick.

  1. I’m assuming my prod.keys are fucked too, anyway to fix this? :/ I’m well aware I cant go online anymore but I just want it to work.

Nope unfortunately.. before this, I backed up after creating the emunand (now I do it first and put on my pc..)

For whatever reason, for this board, when I partitioned the sd card for the emunand, it completely wiped all my GPP partitions and files. For other boards/installation I would have my files still..

You don't have original boot0/boot1 and rawnand backup ? Your internal emmc dead?

Seem like you are out of luck you need your own keys to rebuild, since you don't have a original (non rebuild) boot0/boot1 and rawnand to restore to seem like that you are out of options.

When you said you backed it up after creating the emunand is that backup from before attempting rebuild?
So when I created the emunand (partitioning the sd card) it seemed to have wiped most things, as when I checked my console info my gpp partitions was wiped (I had this innit slow mode check console info). I’m assuming the backup I created is probably useless as the files were already corrupted 🤦🏻‍♂️.

Well if you have a boot0/boot1 and rawnand you can try to get a new emmc to restore see if it would boot, the thing is partitioning the SD card shouldn't mess up the internal emmc so obviously you did something else to break it.

Yeah I was seeing, there’s no way to build my Emmc without my original files I’m assuming… 🫡

I didn’t really do anything 😭 I modded two switches at the same time (Mariko) following the same process for both. However this one is just borked.

Since you said you have a full set of boot/boot1 and a rawnand backup that what you can try with a new emmc, but no guarantees it will work, since you don't know if your backup actually work or not.
