Hey Cracked egg, do this:
Download the IOS236 installer, start it from the HBC and install it. Make sure you don't want to play pirated games

Try this version of the IOS 236 installer... It is automated so it is less likely to crash due to hbc ahbprot bug...

Edit: You will need IOS36-64-v3351.wad in the root of your sd card...

loaded it, 'could not open file' it says on 2 .wad files

you want name of them or you know what theyll be?

then states, failed to instal IOS236

It is actually only 1 file it says it twice though... Read the edit I posted above... Google for the file name, and place it in the root of the sd card as I said above, and you won't have that problem...

If i have Cios 249 as base 57 it works

If i Have Cios 250 as base 57 and have 250 selected for the game it doesnt
If i Have Cios 251 as base 58 and have 251 selected for the game it works

Its odd

Fix - got the installer through option 2, Says IOS236 completed.
but still says im on IOS37, when booting uloader up now its just a black screen that hangs.

added the .wad Erik, installer ran, booted inself back to HBC, loaded dop-mii - still says im on IOS37 !?!?

i only loaded it, didnt run anything.

checked it says IOS236 is in the system which is does say, but says current is IOS37.

and it was hermes 5.1 i used after i got the 'completion for 236'.

Are you able to use IOS236 now in hermes installer? If not, please write it

OK, that's strange... Then install cIOS222 base 38, IOS223 base 37 and use uloader 5.1E.

with installer 5.1

236 - 222 - 38
236 - 223 - 37

uloader 5.1E boots up.

some discs wotk some dont, could be media as same game on diff media 1 works n 1 does not work.

back up of B.ops does not work.

many discs that ahve seemed to work in the past are now error -2

like said, maybe just my media but getting same error as i was before updating. will try diff media tomorrow and check back on this thread as i got a long drive from the midlands to scotland and back in the morning.

Still having trouble running my real copy, non back up. Did the steps listed in a previous post "Download the IOS236 installer, start it from the HBC and install it. Make sure you don't want to play pirated games
Then Download this:

Start it from the HBC, select IOS236 to use, select slot IOS224, use base IOS57 and install it.
Then start uloader, select the game, go to settings and select IOS224 to use."

Any word on what I should do?

But the game works using Neogamma backup loader lol.

OK, if you did that, start uloader and try it with IOS224, or do you have another problem?

Don't have uloader, trying it with Darkcorp (I think, this is a wii I modded a while abck for a friend, he got black ops and cant play it, sooo I gotta fix it) And when I load it with neogamma it just freezes after going through the warning screens.

With uloader and IOS224 it plays fine; so how do I make it play on the disk channel?
