Hacking Black Ops Cheats

I am using Configurable USB Loader. I downloaded cheats using ModMii. I went into the cheat manager thing and activated a few cheats however none of them seem to take affect in game. What am I doing wrong?

Do cheats work in any other game?
Do you have ocarina enabled (per-game setting)?
What's your hook type (per-game setting)? (Default works in most cases... but I've heard that game uses a different one)
Do you see a message (in the text area with the loading info) stating cheats found / loaded?

Black Ops cheats do work, the only problem is I cannot remember what hook type I used. I think it was either the OS sleep thread or Controller.

Thats my best advice is to try the different hook types, thats the only thing you need to mess with as far as I can remember.

I haven't tried in any other game. I always thought ocarina was enabled? What is a hook type? In the text aea I dont see cheats loaded.

Quit playing the game. If you can't keep up with the other players, it's not a game for you. Cheating in Single Player is fine - if you do it on the second playthrough you're just having fun, if you do it on the first one, you ruin the experience for yourself, but it's just you who's hurt. If you cheat on multiplayer though, you ruin the experience for everybody.

It's people like you that turned Metroid Prime: Hunters - a brilliant game with nearly no flaws in the multiplayer department into an insufferable chore.

i have the same problem im btw playing solo offline i think that the hook type the problem is

well if thats what makes you sleep better at night whatever, but your stats stick when cheating on zombies - so your are ranking up in the leaderboards - therefore ruining the game.
