Gaming Black Ops Black Screen Freeze

Hey guys,

First off, please forgive me for being lazy and not searching through the big thread; but I'm utterly exhausted and find 13 pages to be a little bit to search through.
So I have a hopefully properly scrubbed copy and it loads to the menu fine.

However choosing either Multiplayer or Zombies leads straight into a frozen black screen; home button doesn't work, nothing.
Single-player works fine so far though.

Any fixes?

USB CFG (latest 61b2 or something)
Dunno my cIOS. Earlier rev, maybe near 14,15?
