Hacking Black Ops Backup won't load

So I have a scrubbed backup of Black Ops that I put on my usb drive (a microSD-to-SD-to-USB thing) I have. My drive is formatted to WBFS and I successfully transferred the game over. USB Loader GX won't recognize it at all and but if I use Neogamma, it recognized my USB drive and loads the game. The game loads up after the Activision logo and the warning screens but I get to a black screen with "Loading..." on the bottom. From there, it just keeps saying loading and no progress. Any suggestions?

You have to use a cIOS that uses IOS57 as a base. I recommend using Configurable USB Loader and using ModMii to install 249d2x56 (for most games) and 250d2x57 (for games like Black Ops).

+1 to that. Thats the setup I use and its always worked perfect.
