While it's not possible to directly restore the NAND from one Wii onto another, it is possible with the use of a program by Bushing called Betwiin. This will decrypt and re-encrypt the NAND dump so it's usable on another console. Of course, due to the different versions of boot1 and the pretty much random placement of bad sectors in each NAND this method won't always work perfectly, but it's definately possible.
