Well, currently im download a file what has these awesome stats:

13436 seeds, 15157 leechers

Kewl. But seems to me it's not reaching it's full potential. On uTorrent it shows: 64(12515). Does this mean im only downloading off 64 and not 12515? xD =]

Yes, the brackets shows the swarm (ie, everyone else that you can see).
If you go into your settings you can expand the number of connections, but you could kill your connection.
Expanding the number of half-open connections could also help.
