That's funny, but you guys might actually like the word if you understand what it stood for.Man, I'm core to the core and I can tell you that this game is so poor, non-core, don't make me go on no more that if you play this while looking at the screen you are the most non-core weakling with no gaming skills that can't pay the bills.
I pay the bills cause I got tha core score on the resi-evil floor.
hehe... core

I mean core as in the core. It's a word Nintendo has recently been using. It kind of means hardcore but it's a little more general. Basically people that play a lot and play the traditional non-audience expanding games (example: not brain age but metriod).
Their reasoning is to get the market to grow up. The word hardcore has too many nerdy and negative implications these days.
So again, me, as a core gamer, thinks a game for the core audience like Resident Evil should if anything be geared towards that group instead of outwards.
Do you guys think your non-gamer mom will pick up this title? Your grandparents? Yeah, granddad sure as hell can't eat anymore but if he can get food through a tube, why not resident evil 4 through amateur mode? Way to go, capcom.
I just think it would've been smarter if a little amount of that effort had gone to people that might be interested in re-buying the game, that's all.
Edit @ shtonkalot: Nah, all is cool buddy
