- triforce heroes was definitely in the "four swords" genre of zelda games. I wasn't quite expecting that, but I blame myself for expecting more.
- sticker star was just terrible
- bravely second felt more like a "where are they now DLC" than something brand new.
- the second half of bravely default. the first half was absolute gold, best 3ds rpg easily. Then they kept panning in the exact same spot 8 times. uuuungh.
- tales of the abyss was just absolute trash writing
- federation force took the metroid name and did the complete opposite of metroid (hand-holding linearity)
- Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon was fun-ish but it was no luigi's mansion. I didn't like the hub approach. felt a lot less engaging or interesting.
- Yoshi's new island took the joy and childish delight of the first one and just kind of...made it less shiny.

I has more, but that's off the top of my head.

Edit: Oh, the biggest as in singular? hurm. Well, federation force made the fanboy in me hurt the most, so if I have to pick one, it'd be that.

Sticker Star, of course. I got that game for my birthday the year it came out, and I've bought very few 3ds games since. It scarred me for life.

Pokemon sun....
Not enough new pokes
Couldn't disagree more. I LOVE how SuMo has old and new pokemon all mixed together. It's how every pokemon game should be in my opinion. And i hope they release less new ones. There's just so many now, quality over quantity you know.

Nah not enuff story was good tho

Adding 100 is plenty. I remember being more than pleased when 100 were first added in gen 2.

Having said that, it would have been nice to see a few more mega evolutions. But I get it, Z-Moves and Alolan forms were the big new addition this time. Hopefully gen 8 will just add more of everything, Z-Moves, Mega Evolutions/Primal Reversions, and alternate forms of established Pokemon.

Kid Icarus Uprising. I hoped for a platformer. Maybe it's not too bad as a rail shooter but not really what I wanted. Castlevania was also a disappointment. I really like the Castlevania series. The mix of the God of War style newer console games and a bi tof the Metroidvania games was ok, but nothing compared to CV from IGA. So I am curious what Bloodstained will be like.

Definitely Paper Mario: Sticker Star. Neither of the previous Paper Mario I'd played games had disappointed; Thousand-Year Door deserves its acclaim, and Super Paper Mario is fun despite being a departure from the more traditional RPG mechanics of the rest of the series. I felt I could trust the name. Boy was I let down.

Is sun and moon a let down? I love the pokemon franchise but there was a bad review on this website that trashed the whole game and i wondering if they ruined my childhood memories.

No, they're getting great reviews. Don't be so shallow and let an idiot from a shit website trigger you

Mario Party Island Tour, wish they would just make a good mario party game or just remake MP DS

ice station z,
dragon ball extreme butoden,
paper mario sticker star,
Yoshi's new island,
new super mario brothers 2,
and Blazblue

It was already clearly said by the producers or director in an interview after Alpha&Omega. Something like "We have reach a point where there are too many species, we can't just keep coming with new ones. So we have to find new ways, you will see in due time." We now know what they meant. XD

pokemon smd and pokemon gates to infinity
WTF how can you NOT like a Mystery Dungeon game? They are so fucking awesome, and better then the main games in some aspects. Not to mention that like every part of every Mystery Dungeon games gives us the chills.

Smd was a disapointment to me. I not a fan of the 3ds mystery dungeon but i love the original and my favorite is exploers of darkness

i cried for a day because of how sad the end was, IMO it's worse than explorers of sky/darkness/time
No spoilers please lol. But seriously I kind of forgot about if for a while, now I can't stop thinking about playing it in my free time later.
