4G options for desktop?

I'd like to know what my cheapest option is other than using my cellphone to tether a connection. Why am I Interested in this? Back up, as well as wanting a different provider to use on my PC. I'm hoping there are dirt cheap options out there...

The Audio and Video lag tremendously, even @ lowest settings, and my PC far exceeds the recommended speeds.
