Hardware Better replacement analog plastic/rubber?

So the rubber keeps falling off of the analog stick, replaced analogs 2 times and AGAIN it falls off, One time replaced with a donor ps4 analog and the second time oem ps5 one online and after a couple months it still falls off. is their a better 3rd party analog rubber/ plastic replacement or something?
