Homebrew "Better" chat app for the 3DS?

So I've seen, on several occasions, that the chatting apps made using homebrew are usually lacking a "good" UI.
Is there a chatting app that Nintendo made that's somehow recoverable?

Not that I know of. 3ds wasnt exactly programmed for this as opposed to say a phone with discord or a proper chat app

I was thinking something like Wii U chat
Edit: It would be something like the TV being the top screen and the gamepad being the bottom screen. Also, this is one of the reasons why I would love a 3DS chat;

Only Nintendo chatting app I know of is Swapdoodle. But that's going to stop working in March.

Unfortunately, it appears Nintendo has already phased out some internet-related content before their April deadline. I haven't been able to receive and doodles for over a week now.
