Like RuppeClock have said, all unofficial batteries are not as good when compared to original battery. In fact if you know a little thing about battery you could easily tell that those mAh numbers are not possible.
Only way to conserve power is to lower the screen brightness. If you use SCDS2 then set its CPU speed to lowest to further conserve power.
