Best Tablet Gamepad

Looking for a good tablet gamepad that can emulate gba and snes games perfectly, or at least better than the supercard dstwo or psp, as well as have long lasting buttons. dont care about screen size

They all are good enough to just do that as even my old dual core 1.0 GHz could emulate GBA perfectly.
The best option is a shield but if you want a more tablet like vibe then just get a regular 7 inch tablet with phonejoy.

Only issue is some people have quality issues with them although that is a good option

The nvidia shield is honestly pretty overkill for just retro games. so far the wikipad looks good, what do you guys think of that?

Wikipad looks good enough for GBA and the stuff but the shield portable is better for the price than the wikipad
