Homebrew Best SNES emu for n3ds?

I haven't messed with emulators yet for my n3ds. What is considered to be the best one for the n3ds? I'm assuming that the faster CPU etc will enable pretty much full speed gaming for the SNES would that be correct? It's just that in FBI I see so many different versions I don't know which takes advantage of the n3ds and which doesnt.

It depends, do you have CFW or not? I know some good .cia files, and some homebrew emulators.

I think SNES 9X is the best, however some rom hacks may not be fully compatible. I recently played chrono trigger re-translation (zeality version). and there were some problems with Ayla's dialogue box. not a game-breaking bug but it's kinda annoying. it is a very minor disturbance, but you gotta be cautious when applying translations patch.
