Hacking best site for 3DS save games

hi
is there any place on the internet where i can find a save game for ( almost) every save game for 3DS ?
if a save created by gateway or 3dslink , can i use the powersave to inject it to my cartridge ?

save games from powersaves should be .bin files
and i am searching for this files

I haven't used Powersave before.
I just knew that R4i Save Dongle dumped savefiles are not compatible with GW/MT's, even they're "decrypted" and "re-encrypted" by 3DSavetool 0.2b.
