Hardware Best program to format 128gb microSD card?

What is the best program for this? I was trying to use Minitool Partition Wizard, but it seems to just corrupt my SD card's partition when I try to format it in FAT32 format. What tools have worked for you?

I keep getting this error, is my SD corrupt? I just got it from Amazon last night, and I'm not sure what's causing it. It's also unreasonably slow, sometimes not even writing anything to it for a couple minutes. And, when I get this error, its never more than 1% into the process. (around 20gb)

It's from Amazon themselves, I really doubt it. Could it be a problem with my SD card reader? I could copy all my files from my old SD card fine, just can't write it. ( ;-; )

Yeah I did that, it's not a problem with my 3DS being able to read it either, its my PC writing to it.

I'll try, I'll come back to give results. Might take a while as I have to move all my files to a USB, then go to another computer w a built in SD card reader. Rip.
